We work hard in your Mexican Dress and do our best to make sure you will fall in love with the piece or pieces you receive from us, but we understand that sometimes something happened and you changed your mind or want another piece besides the one you just received so We will happily offer you an exchange or 20% credit in your next purchase! (1 time).
Please read carefully descriptions and provide all measurements and information in you order, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions, regarding your Mexican Garments.

Buyer has 2 days to send the unworn piece back and provide a valid tracking number, in case of the exchange. Please note buyer pays for any applicable shipping and custom border fees.
In order to return merchandise from AidaCoronado.com a Return Authorization Request must be made. Return requests are to be made within one (1) days from the date of delivery. All merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, basically in original condition
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping & return shipping charges for exchanges
It is our recommendation that return items are shipped via a method that provides tracking information. We also recommend all tracking numbers of return packages be recorded and safely stored for proof of delivery. We can not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost or mishandled. Please also note that we cannot accept any packages that are sent Cash/Check on Delivery (COD).
